Objective

Under the aegis of very enterprising Mr. Sanjay Gupta and Ms. Renu Gupta, JCF was found with the sole purpose to safeguard the interests of women and create an equilibrium in the society.

Surrounded and supported by strong women himself, Mr. Gupta took up the challenge of promoting the welfare of womankind in an extremely patriarchal society through JCF. He understands that in order to maintain a sustainable society, women need to be uplifted and made independent. He knows that to bring in a change, we need to address the issues at grassroots level.

Unfortunately, the current Indian Education System does not address many relevant issues faced by women in their day to day lives. Thus, JCF emphasizes on all types of training : vocational, technical etc. It also aims at motivating and providing supplementary education to the concerned individuals including drop outs. As it works on overall growth and development, lot of emphasis is given to grooming, etiquettes, communication skills etc.

Provides vocational training to adolescent girls and women, enabling them to be self - reliant.

Encouraging rural women to participate in skill - based programs.

Teaching business acumen to budding women entrepreneurs.

To train more than 10,000 women under the program by 2020.

Keeping them abreast with basic technical know-how to be employable.

Conducting health workshops and introducing the importance of personal hygiene to them.
