The Community awareness program was initiated to mobilize the development of the community women. The program has clear vision of transforming deprived and neglected women into confident and abled work force. The main focus of the program is to create awareness about sexual - abuse and domestic violence through education. To help them find a foothold in the society and be financially independent. The program has been successfully executed in and around villages near Mundka touching the lives of more than 5,000 villages.

JCF management realizes the importance of health care needs of poor people. Thus, JCF team initiated a health project in 2015 to give the needy a platform where they can easily access the free medical services. It facilitates the inter-hospital transfers and free ambulance services.

They are in the process of equipping all the vans with primary medical care to be able to save more lives. In 2017, JCF got into a mutual agreement with Aapna Ghar NGO to strengthen further the scope and limitations.

JCF targets areas where women specifically are usually not given proper education and support. Due to lack of facilities and weak economic conditions, male counterparts are given priority, thus leaving many women sacrificing their basic needs of education and settling into early marriages.

Upon evaluation JCF understood that majority of such married women are keen in taking up tailoring courses. The livelihood project was started in 2016 to facilitate parallel training. More than 150 beneficiaries have been able to set up either their own boutiques and shops or find suitable jobs.They are able to earn between 4,000 - 8,000 INR or more.
