There are times when it doesn’t matter what you’ve felt or what you’ve known, the times when you’ve to stand alone. Kavita is a girl of focus, commitment and sheer will. Kavita’s world turned upside down the day she lost her father, when she was in XI grade. Things got worse when elder brother abandoned the family after getting married. Responsibility of younger brother and mother was now on her shoulders. To take care of both, she had to do something that can propel the livelihood of the family and she decided to give tuition. This also was not quite easy for her, being in a rural area she was always underpaid for her hard work. Then one day a friend of her told her about JCF, she hesitated in the beginning but after the counseling session she regained her confidence and positivity towards life started to bloom in her mind. Now she is about to complete 2 years as an efficient Executive Assistant within JCF after a sincere six months course in the same field. The light of self-belief is clearly visible in her eyes. Along with giving tuition classes she is preparing for a reputed job as well, and she is pretty confident about achieving her goals now.

Life is full of surprises as we all know, but some incidents happen to take away not only a loved one from you but also your hopes, your dreams and your faith. It had been just two years when Bhawana lost her father to heart attack, the only breadwinner of the family. Living with her mother and a younger brother and father’s pension being the only source of livelihood for the family, Bhawana wanted to take the responsibility on her shoulders. She didn’t know where to begin from, until she came to know about JCF through her friend. After one to one interaction our counseling team chalked out a plan for her and elaborated everything to her. Along with the Executive Assistant training she was also working as a trainee in our placement team. This brought out the best in her and she is two-years experienced as an Executive Assistant in a reputed firm. Now a clearer picture of her future is incorporated into her thought process, which is enabling her to learn and earn at the same time. As truly said “The story of life is pre-written, but if you work hard it can be re-written.”

Course-Dress Designing

Young at age but experienced at heart, Taskin is one of the proudest souvenirs of JCF.
After losing her father at a very ripe age, her mother raised Taskin and her siblings by stitching clothes for neighbours. Income was so less and irregular that many a times they felt just hand to mouth. Unfortunately, as Taskin grew up, she faced an uninvited circumstance which ended up finding her mother gripped in claws of local drugs. Her mother's addiction led to worsened situations as she started falling sick due to this abuse; thereby leaving her children stranded. Taskin stood up, gained courage and decided to fight back. With the help of her training program at JCF, she excelled herself in the art of stitching. Not only she has restarted her mother's sewing machine but also is now capable of designing modern dresses, ethnic wears, casual wears and what not. Today, by the help of stitching she is the sole bread provider of her family where her siblings and mother are being taken care off.
Extreme hard-work, passion, dedication and circumstances have made her strong.

She hails from a part of society that is highly conservative, yet she has reversed her faith with all her confidence. Reshma is a single mother of her son and has faced many adversities in her life. At mere 26 years of age, she is both a mother and a father to her eight year old son. After facing hardships like premature marriage, financial issues and a huge family to serve, she overcame everything. With a strong urge to become "someone" from no-one, she decided to educate herself and nourish herself up. Her dedication, hard work and ambition with strong mix of confidence have led her to be a part of an A-class beauty salon as a professional beautician. She not only is feeding her family and raising her son but walking her head held high. JCF is proud of such transformations and stories and is blessed to be the reason for upgrading lives. Reshma.
