My journey is a beautiful story of passion, perseverance, motherhood and women empowerment.

I began my professional journey as a jewellery designer, but life took me on a different and deeply meaningful path. I chose to step away from my career for a few years to devote myself to raising my daughters and nurturing my family. For me, motherhood was not a pause in my journey—it was a chapter that strengthened my values, purpose and determination.

Once my daughters grew up, I decided to rediscover my entrepreneurial spirit. I returned to my passion for jewellery and started my own jewellery venture, building it with dedication, creativity and confidence.

But my dream was always bigger than my own success. I strongly believe that every woman deserves the opportunity to become financially independent, confident and self-reliant. This belief inspired me to support and encourage other women, helping them develop skills, earn an income and contribute meaningfully to their families.

With this vision close to my heart, I founded Jove Conscious Foundation (JCF)....my  dream venture and a platform dedicated to empowering women and girls. Through JCF, i strives to create opportunities where women can learn, earn, grow and ultimately stand on their own feet with dignity and confidence.

For me empowerment is not merely about financial independence, it is about giving women the confidence to believe in themselves, the skills to build their future and the courage to create a better life for their families.

My journey is a reminder that a woman can beautifully balance family, dreams, entrepreneurship and social responsibility—and that when one woman rises, she can inspire many others to rise with her.

My dream is simple yet powerful: Empower a woman, strengthen a family, and build a stronger society.

Mr. Harish Babuta

Co-Founder

My professional journey has been shaped by a strong passion for media, communication, entrepreneurship, and creating meaningful opportunities for others.

I began my career with the India Today Group, where I gained valuable experience in the magazine industry and developed a strong understanding of media, content, branding, and audience engagement. I then moved to Business Standard, further strengthening my experience in the business and corporate media space.

My journey later took me into electronic media with India News, where I had the opportunity to establish and develop several successful properties for the organization. This experience helped me understand the power of media not only as a communication platform, but also as a tool to create impactful brands, events, and meaningful connections.

After gaining extensive experience across different segments of the media industry, I ventured into entrepreneurship and started my own ventures. Over the years, I have worked as a media agency and consultant, providing strategic support, branding, media solutions, and communication guidance to various organizations and companies.

Beyond my professional journey, I strongly believe that success becomes truly meaningful when it can make a difference in someone else's life. I have always tried to stand by and support people who are in need, in whatever way I can.

One cause that is particularly close to my heart is women empowerment. I firmly believe that empowering women is not just a social responsibility—it is essential for the progress of our country. When women are educated, skilled, financially independent, and confident, they contribute not only to their families but to the growth and development of society as a whole.

My journey so far has therefore been about much more than professional achievements. It has been about building, creating, supporting, and giving back. I look forward to continuing this journey by combining my experience in media and entrepreneurship with my commitment to creating a positive social impact.

Ms. Savita Gupta

Vice President

Ms. Savita Gupta is a dedicated training and development professional associated with the organization since 2019. She began her professional journey with the organization as a Trainer and, through her commitment, expertise, and consistent contribution, has grown into a leadership role as the Vice President.

She has successfully completed CTS and CITS and has gained valuable experience in training, skill development, and institutional capacity building. Her professional journey also includes experience as a Principal of Training, where she contributed towards effective training delivery, team coordination, and the overall development of trainees.

In addition to her professional expertise, she has 2 years of experience in Yoga, along with knowledge and experience in Health & Nutrition, reflecting her holistic approach towards individual well-being and development.

As Vice President, she contributes to management, strategic planning, training initiatives, team development, and organizational growth. Her experience and leadership play an important role in strengthening programs and supporting the organization’s vision.

Her professional journey reflects her strong commitment to skill development, training excellence, health and wellness, women’s empowerment, and inclusive growth. She continues to work towards creating meaningful opportunities and empowering individuals through knowledge, skills, and holistic development.

Ms. Anupama Sharma

Program Director

Ms. Anupama Sharma is a dedicated development professional associated with JCF since 2021. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and has developed a strong professional foundation in social development, program management, and organizational operations.

She began her journey with the organization as an Intern and, through her commitment, professionalism, and consistent contribution, progressed to the role of Administrator and currently serves as the Program Director.

With experience across administration, program coordination, team management, and organizational operations, she plays an instrumental role in planning and implementing various initiatives of the organization. Her responsibilities include overseeing programs, coordinating with stakeholders, supporting institutional operations, and ensuring the effective execution of organizational objectives.

Her professional journey reflects her strong commitment to social development, women’s empowerment, skill development, and inclusive growth. She continues to contribute towards strengthening the organization’s programs and creating meaningful opportunities for individuals and communities.
