JCF’s placement team links candidates with the employers and perform regular follow ups with the employed candidates for future prospects. Our teaching methodology is a combination of academics and extra-curricular activities like role playing, presentation, seminars, GDs in equal amounts. This programs helps in developing and enhancing an individual’s skills set. The prime objective is to ensure that candidates are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for entry level jobs so that they can earn their own bread and break the evil barriers of society.

Statistics says that Only 23.7 percent of eligible Indian women are part of the workforce. Compare that to 75 percent of men. In urban areas, this number drops further to only 16 percent. For men, the comparable number is 69 percent
