Kameri program is a multistep strategy towards establishment of Women Entrepreneurial Start-ups. This program works for poor and literary deficit women who are potentially strong but economically weak. The only thing that keeps them from fulfilling their dream is lack of financial resources. JCF believes that the best thing you could give someone is “CHANCE” and therefore we have devised this program – Kameri to meet the need of the deed.

Our approach “BREED A ROOT BRING A FRUIT” is elementary as well as proficient. We start from the very grass root level and proceed all the way up until the desired outcome has been achieved. This program helps to build skills and knowledge of candidates about the feasibility, market trend, pricing, productivity and assessment of the profit-loss in a business.

Cloth Bags

A group of 25 women are engaged in the environmentally sustainable income generating activity of making cloth bags thereby each generating an average income of Rs. 8,000- Rs. 12,000 per month. We got this opportunity while partnering with Allonsi which is a brand of premium handcrafted leather shoes for men and women in USA. Allonsi is committed towards welfare of underprivileged women globally and thus chose to represent the vulnerable women from Jove Conscious Foundation as its brand ambassador.

Today cloth bags have a huge demand in the market as a substitute of poly bags due to its hazardous effects which is known to one and all.

Home Décor items

A total of 57 women in JCF are being trained in making home decoration related items which adds to the aesthetic value for the homes. This includes products like - smocking cushions, Ganesha wall hangings and wall paintings.

These items are being sold online and offline to provide immediate income to the participants. Apart from the skill training regarding the above-mentioned art forms, the participants have received training on Market research, product management, budgeting and cost cutting for understanding the core of the process.

Women Dresses

Another group of women are being trained for designing women’s dresses – both ethnic as well as western outfits which are having modern day USPs at very reasonable prices. These designers have received adequate training from Jove Skill Academy regarding various aspects and processes involved in making dresses. Instead of going for job opportunities in any boutique, these women preferred to initiate a start-up thus aiming to become a leading brand in Delhi/NCR.
