At Jove Conscious Foundation, we believe that every woman carries within her the potential to create a better future. What she often needs is not charity, but an opportunity, the right skill, and the confidence to turn her potential into possibility.

Our mission is to create those opportunities....

Through our skill development initiatives we empower women and girls from underserved communities with practical, meaningful skills that can help them become financially independent, confident and self-reliant.

We call this our “Skill a Generation” philosophy.... because when a woman learns, she does not learn for herself alone. She becomes a catalyst for change within her family and a role model for the generation that follows.

At Jove Conscious Foundation, our endeavour is to identify potential, nurture talent and provide individuals with the platform they need to realise their dreams. We want every beneficiary to move beyond dependence to become a creator, an entrepreneur, a contributor and ultimately a change-maker.

Through our various livelihood, education, awareness and capacity-building programmes, we help women discover their potential, develop practical skills and create sustainable sources of income.
