PROJECT KAABIL

The project was started in 2015 wherein JCF works on a unique model for providing skill training to women in different employment sectors such as Beauty and Wellness, IT-ITES, Telecom, Textile and Handloom, Retail and BFSI in accordance with NSQF guidelines.

Kaabil program (Women Skill Training) is directed towards providing market-driven training to the women of age group 18 – 45 years along with placement opportunities. The less -educated and under-privileged women who were never given a chance to establish themselves, women who were never allowed to play an active role in the society are the ones who need immediate uplifting.

This program is designed for rehabilitation of women in crisis situation. At JCF Skill Academy we execute unique methodology of skilling our candidates. The core of this methodology lies in the fact that we want our candidates to be market-ready, hence every course is designed in such a fashion that it complies with the needs of market/industry. In simple terms “we impart our candidates with market-oriented skills.”

Firstly, we try to assess the understanding level of the students, the problem areas and then we plan our teaching methods as per the need of the candidates. Spoken English, Computer and Internet skills, basic Hindi writing skills are mandatory part of the teaching curriculum. The skill Eco system is very strong and streamlined.

JCF’s placement team links candidates with the employers and perform regular follow ups with the employed candidates for future prospects. Our teaching methodology is a combination of academics and extra-curricular activities like role playing, presentation, seminars, GDs, exposure visits, guest lectures in equal amounts. This program helps in developing and enhancing an individual’s skills set. The prime objective is to ensure that candidates are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for entry level jobs so that they can earn their own bread and break the barriers of society.
