Women Counseling

Since Inception, JOVE CONSCIOUS FOUNDATION has created a new feminist paradigm for empowering women. Sincere efforts and undying fidelity towards empowering women have resulted in creating a multi-dimensional approach for developing a women-friendly culture in the community. One of these dimensions are WOMEN COUNSELING. There are plentiful visible and invisible, social and cultural forces that affect a woman’s life. Women Counseling requires a much-needed narrative approach to establish prophetic view of a woman’s life.
JCF under its Community Awareness and Sensitization program, organized a counseling session for women and girls from backward communities of North-West Delhi. The session was themed on SELF SUFFICIENCY and CAREER DEVISING. The event helped more than 300 adolescent girls and women to get across how self-sufficiency and right career planning can pave way for them to reclaim their stories, their strengths and their lives.
A simple idea can become a seed of something great and marvelous, JCF’s narrative is to plant such ideas in the beautiful minds of the community and when it’s done, CHANGE IS INEVITABLE.
